Framerate drop on texmaster

I get random framedrop while playing
It fall downs to 20~30fps randomly, doesn't really affect on gameplay but still annoying.
I think texmaster doesn't requires that high pc spec. any solutions?

yes I'm on laptop, I always plug it on and use on high performance.
and I use Windows 10
