Match Report

After losing to illjain in Group 4 of the intermediate stage, illjain went to a strong start, before Hebo came back with a vengence taking the set 11- 8. The 2nd set started very even before illjain managed to gain an unassailable lead at the half way point winning the game 11 - 9. It was a nail biting last set with neither player being able to get out to a lead of more than 2. At 9-9 illjain misdropped the initial build leading to a suicide, only for Hebo to do the same at match point. At sudden death, illjain gained the initial advantage but was not able to push out a god-like allowing Hebo's downstacking skills to come into its own and win him the match and the Title.

Now, I think I'm going to take a break from Cultris for a bit, concentrate on school work and Starcraft 2 , and hopefully return for a better and more organized Season 2.
