Tetris Friends rubies deducted twice

Hey guys !

Although I've been watching this forum for a while now, I just registered because I'm kinda in need for help atm. Indeed, I made the mistake of clicking twice on the "buy" button to buy IHS on tetris friends with rubies because I thought it lagged and didnt take it in count. Obviously you see where this is going, rubies got deducted twice and I paid 30 for something which costs 15...

I already tried to contact them about Tetris Battle on Facebook but each time I got the automatic answer as they were not answering to individual requests.

So, my question is: did it already happen to any of you and if yes what did you do? Or what would you do to get these rubbies back?

normally customer support on the website would fix it for you within a day, but they all got fired. good luck.
