Hmm, it's kinda primitive. Just simple TetriNET style garbage, and it doesn't even have a hard drop.

For people who are having trouble playing, 名前 is where you put your name, and ID is a unique password of at least 6 letters. If you pick the same ID as someone else, you'll overwrite their records or something.

I just noticed that there's an option to switch between 操作(operation)Ａ and 操作Ｂ.  Under sousa A, the arrows move the piece, and with sousa B you move it with szxc. I wonder what Type 1 through Type 4 mean, though.
