a skilled player can maintain back to back regardless of which opener s/he used, so I dont see that as a very valid argument. he eks (effective key strokes) of both setup is actually the same if you utilize irs and some advanced das preservation. As an unbiased and skilled t-spinner, both are equal; though I prefer to DT simply because I like to have more options of continuation and I havent bothered to learn the higher difficulty continuations off of a C-spin.

I use DT more because I learned it first. I don't C-spin because I'm too lazy to remember how to do it sometimes, but it does often seem very practical.

Unless I'm mistaken, C-spinning can't be done with all openings (without holes).

If you 180, you can DT with any set of starting pieces.

I never C-spin.

I do neither, I've done DT like once. I don't see the need for it when a simple TSD opener is superior.
