TetFuBrowser - Organize your fumens

TetFuBrowser is a program that allows you to organize your fumens.

It's interface is written in a mysterious language so I can't tell you exactly what it is capable of doing. By the looks of it, you can work with fumens locally and organize your fumens in a folder structure.

There is a guide for it here but it is also written in a mysterious language and the screenshots are for version 0.17.0.0 so it might not cover newer features.
