Yes it's billtsar for "Completed Sudden Ti, Sub-28 sprint, sub-3:00 torikan in TAP Death!". It is below the shout box on the homepage.

The question is who is responsible for crowing the POTM?

Stef who is fairly active?
Mindzy who scared away the old person in charge?
Mario who did it last time but probably hasn't the approval to change the POTM box on the front page?
Or the one who asked, if there is no POTM this month?

i had been so busy with exams this week :/ im doing it as i write this out
