You need to make sure that there's a matrix for one side of the T-piece to get in
AND, you need to make sure the T piece landed on the surface and actually touches

Paradox

try using fumen to diagram the situation

harddrop.com/fumen

If you do that then we can more easily answer any questions.

you're using left-rotate right?

Paradox

if it moves right then you are using the wrong rotation, you should be using counter-clockwise (left) rotation. If its on nullpo go to your tuning setings and check what yoru default rotation direction is.

My bad, it moved left, not right

show us what it did using fumen, its easier to understand

The fumen tool is very hard to use for beginners. I'm currently using it anyway. I just hope something cool happen after I mastered using this tool.  The road to become a Tetris master is very hard. I'm also having a hard time on T-spin, not only on the part that Kion is talking about but also on the part where I wanted to do it continuously and much faster. How I wish I could fix my stacking technique in a much cleaner way.

- btw I can only do the t-spin on the start but after that it's all mess that is why I'm always end up a loser.

Different rotate gives you different result.

I always end up doing situation B

You're pressing the wrong rotate button.

Use the other rotation button if the hole is on the right side.

Chopin

There are two rotate buttons. One rotates counter-clockwise (aka left) or clockwise (aka right).

Good point Chopin. If a beginner isn't rotating the correct way then it is probably because they are only aware of right-rotate since TF and TB hide left-rotate with default controls.
