4. Tetris Software

Your use of the Service requires the download, installation and/or use of certain Tetris client software and/or Flash games and may include the downloading and/or use of other Tetris software applications provided through the Site (collectively the "Tetris Software"). Your download, installation and use of any Tetris Software is subject, and you hereby agree to, the terms and conditions of the end user license agreement ("EULA") that accompanies such Tetris Software.

I think this is reason enough to believe that TF will be releasing a game client similar to TOJ. Does anyone remember if TOJ's beta was flash also?

Rather unlikely that there will be a TF client akin to TOJ's.
I'm no lawyer, but I'm willing to bet that they put this clause there just in case there is one!

I have found older version of this (Last Revised: January 1, 2009) and only thing that was changed since than is addition of Vritual Currencies in point 2. So this means nothing.

TOJ beta was a client

I doubt they'll ever publish a client, since it sort of goes against their image of "easy-access Tetris".
