removed some moderators

hey everyone, I've realized that the site had way too many mods, and some were pretty inactive.  The 4 current moderators should be more than enough for the time being, especially since we haven't really had any trouble which would warrant the previous 10 moderators.  In the future, If moderation ever becomes a problem as the site continues to grow I'll look to add more, but as of right now it is completely unnecessary.

I think we need more active mods before we leave on vacation for an entire month. We will be adding 1-2 more mods this week. We will also be removing one of our mods for being inactive.
