Where can I get a language pack?

So with all this playing ToJ lately, I find myself wondering where I'm supposed to get a language pack that converts these unintelligible boxes into unintelligible language-I-can't-read-but-at-least-looks-good.

Edit:  *Sighs*  I don't know why I stopped studying the Japanese language back when I did.  I'd probably be half-fluent at the very least by now if I'd kept at it.    Maybe I should pick it back up...

Windows Vista and Windows 7 have asian language support by default.

Go figure, they want the disc, and for the life of me I have no idea where I could have put it (it's not in the holder).  Any methods of getting the language support without needing a disc?
