Google probably isn't a bad choice here

There are lots of programs you can use to capture your screen. In my experience the easiest ones to use are available through streaming sites


livestream.com (completely lame, filled with ads for viewers if you choose to stream)

ustream.com (Similar, but less annoying when it comes to advertisements)

Justin.tv

own3d.tv

The list goes on, all of those sites have guides on setting up screen capture software.
