After the update I'm having a bug where every time I reload my Sound Effects get reset from Yotipo SE to NullpoMino SE.

In my opinion Tetris Online Poland is better in theory, but Tetris Friends is the only game with a good player base, so it's the only real option.

My assumption is that it depends how fast you can tap. If you can tap twice faster than the time it takes for DAS to kick in, double tapping is better.

-Learn to use 5DAS on NullpoMino (currently 7)
-Sub 25 sprint on NullpoMino (currently 27.xx)

After how long would it take to get a sub 30 sprint? Obviously it is going to be different for everyone, so I'm just looking for a rough timeframe. I am curious so I can set a nice goal/challenge for myself

Personally, it took me 9 months to get from sub 40 to sub 30, with maybe like 2 or 3 months to get my first sub 40 (this is a guess, it was a while ago now), so I guess it probably took me about a year?

It depends a LOT on how much you play though.  For some people "a year" means a year of playing 2+ hours a day average, vs some people playing maybe an hour every other day, so it'll be a SUPER rough estimate.

Just wondering if anybody has the sound files for Tetris Battle on Facebook? I've always really liked them and would like to use them for a soundpack on nullpo but not sure how to get them.
