Personally, I'd love to see Tetris tournaments. This brings me back to the days after AP exams had ended in my physics class, when the whole class played Tetris DS for an hour every day. And it WAS exciting to watch other people compete. There's nothing like watching someone get raised to the top of the screen only to pull off an epic victory. As for the "boring to commentate" thing, I'd disagree. Street Fighter II and other fighting games are repetitive too (at least, they are after a couple thousand matches), but they have some of the funniest commentators I've ever heard. Honestly, the real surprise to me is that there AREN'T Tetris tournaments in this country, considering how big competitive gaming is getting.
