may sound a bit dumb but where is the cache folder??

After i have run iiblocks a Microsfot .NET Framework popup comes up and says unhandled exception has occured in your application. whats taht all about??? and wen the games come up the pop up keeps coming up wen i click any thing and i cant go any further than the first screen help plz
