Anyhow, looks like I'm a bit late since it's already 12/20, but hopefully this thread will continue for motivating people for community service ohmy.gif

Here's pictures from the Northwest Harvest food bank thing our robotics team did:

A third of our team showed up. 21 students and 5 adults were there. Each box is 16 lbs of pasta, each layer has 15 boxes, each stack has 10 layers, and we made 3 full stacks. That's 7200 lbs of pasta (over 3.5 tons!) and will feed nearly 2500 people in 300 food banks across the state of Washington! smile.gif


Gingerbread House building to help support local schools. This was done by Interlake Class of 2012 (my class biggrin.gif)

i don't think you're too late. it said 11:59PM 12/20! so you've got 3 hours ppl!!! get in on that yo!

omgg i wanna do a gingerbread housee/town/planet! but it's such a waste of food :x i never wanna eat it afterwards D:
i was thinking of doing a christmas morning soup kitchen volunteering last year but it was too early D: this year again..it is too early for me D: maybe if i fix my sleeping schedule for christmas next yr..

n yes let's all do good deeds year round! but it's nice to feel the love around this time of year ^^
