We're switching to an unlimited storage/unlimited bandwidth webhost to accomodate the growing site, and during the move, the site may come down every once in awhile. Please be patient through it and we should be done in a couple days - if not tonight. Thank you babies.

Sounds good Boss...the site should hit 1000 members here in next month or so. I expect from there word of mouth alone will cause it to continue to grow at a fast rate. I've recruited a few ppl from Tetrisfriend's Tetris Live deal already and I'm sure when Beta is through it will be more popular as people jockey in the rankings.

I'm glad I can get back on harddrop because yesterday it wouldn't work for me while it was working for others, people telling me I got banned! dry.gif

Thank you for the offer laugh.gif but I'd feel wrong about taking a members money. If the situation ever gets really desperate then we already have other ways to keep the site up besides donations.

Hmm , I think in the near future, you can really earn from the site. In fact, I think it is inevitable. I don't think you can just keep it as a hobby.

If the site starts noticeably making money TTC will almost certainly shut it down instantly.

Plus most ads are annoying as hell. And you need annoying ads to cover the site and make any sort of money. Or you need people to be donating, but I don't see a enough people donating enough money regularly to generate a reasonable income.
