Hey guys and gals!

Just a quick hello! Stumbled across Hard Drop whilst searching for a competitive version of Tetris to play. Seems there is no general consensus (let me know if I'm wrong Smile.png )

I love all sorts of arcade puzzle games (Bust a Move, Magical Drop, etc.), but I always come back to Tetris! I'll probably try to mostly play The Grand Master series, but I'm open to all versions.

Looking forward to learning lots and trying to step up my Tetris play!

youre a tgm'er? what grades have you gotten?
and TOP is a good place for multiplayer tetris, competitive multiplayer, tf is pretty much the same, although there are somethings that make it alot worse(lag, alot of pple are not amazing players, glitches) but good thing about tf is that it has a good ranking system(not amazing, but good)

nullpomino is more of the solo play game(and one of the only ones who doesnt need connection to play). it has multiplayer and alot of pple enjoy it, but the player base for online most of the time is rather low, but get a friends to play you and see for yourself why we love nullpomino Sticking Out Tongue.png

Thanks for all the welcomes, I'll give all your suggestions a go! Smile.png

I don't want to fool anybody, I'm really quite bad at Tetris! But I do enjoy it, so I'm aiming to get better as fast as possible.

So I've been thinking lots about the strategy to this game. Firstly I'm trying to get better at my control. Currently I'm working on placing blocks as accurately and as fast as possible. Plus I'm trying to think ahead about the block placement. Hopefully using this attitude I can get much better quickly! Grin.png
