Canadian player Microblizz has reclaimed his title of "world's fastest Tetris player" with a time of 19.28 seconds. Back in August of 2013, Kero, hailing from Japan, took it from him with the first ever game done in under 20 seconds. They are, to date, the only two players able to clear 40 lines in under 20 seconds.
