After over a year at the top, the #1 Tetris Friends Sprint record of 30.04 seconds held by member Blink has been broken. Member WendyLoL accomplished the feat on January 11th, 2011 with a time of 29.62 seconds. This marks the first Sprint record to break the 30 second barrier. The record was performed at 206.59 tetriminos per minute, which is insane for a game with line clear delay.

Congratulations to WendyLoL, also known as LapSiLap of TetriNET2 fame.

Amazing. As an old guy that started playing this game in 1989, I am continually amazed at the speed and stamina (marathon) of all the top players. Well done!
