My mom actually plays herself. At least she use to, but hasn't in a while.
On topic with the article, it is a nice table, but I agree with TGMaster about the colors.

Your parents encourage tetris addiction!?! LUCKY my dad gets pissed when I play. He thinks it doesn't help me mentally in any way and im just wasting my time (basically why I quit)

The link has an advertisement for the Tetris cube! My parents got me that for Christmas and I still haven't solved it, and yeah...my parents encourage my Tetris addiction.
